thanks for getting most of this sorted out, MB.
There were a couple people who are not on the thread who've volunteered.
I'm gonna weave a couple of them in here... (they will have an asterik*)
-Volunteer Coordinators will be combined with Bottom Door.
10 to 11 Downstairs: Beth* and Matty*
11 to 12 Downstairs: MB and Jason
10 to 11 Volunteer Coordination: MB and Jason
11 to 12 Volunteer Coordination: Beth* and Matty*
-cash and security rotation: Jim*, Matty*, Karen* Sensei (Scott may be helping)
The downstairs door will be taped open until 10pm.
-set up (2 or 3 people) 6 to 8pm: ktm, Wilson, Anja, Marianne*
(Charter will be VERY important for this event!
One will make sure ALL guests read the charter
Another will quickly show them around)
-top door (charter/greet): 8 to 10pm ChaZZ and Daxle
-top door (charter/greet): 10 to 12midnight Lunatic and Usman
-top door/security 12 to 1am: Karen* with ?
-walk around host/usher*: 9 to 11pm: Steg
-walk around host/usher*: 10 to 12midnight: JC
(8-10 bar not needed during performance)
-bar check 10 to 12: Jim*
-bar check 11 to 1: Emmy

(Clay double booked and he won't be doing body paint. Hope to have him in the future)
